When out and about in Japan one thing that I need to consider is eating out. As a kidney transplant patient, who is also diabetic, I have to make sure I don’t overdose on carbs too much and avoid certain foods. Going to a restaurant often involves scanning the menu in-depth .
Searching on YouTube today for some Japanese food inspiration I came across what looks like the most mouth watering street food kiosk in Kyoto. Could you crack eggs like that?
Street food Japan is so diverse compared to what I currently find in the UK, and what better to highlight that diversity is the Fussa Tanabata Festival in 2016. Wonderful food and dancing on display!
